1. General Policy

At FEEO, all sales are final once the item is delivered and accepted by the customer. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be granted for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental damage after delivery.

2. 1-to-1 Exchange Policy for Mechanical Damage

FEEO offers a 1-to-1 product exchange only under the following conditions:

• The item has a mechanical defect or damage that occurred before delivery.

• The defect/damage is reported to FEEO within 1 week (7 days) of receiving the product.

• The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

• Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections not affecting functionality.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

Step 1: Contact FEEO within 7 days of delivery:

Step 2: Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number) and details/photos of the defect.

Step 3: If approved, ship the defective item to:

Note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the defect is confirmed to be FEEO’s fault.

• Ensure returned items are securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
